Let’s face it — local print newspapers are going to way of the dodo. The best way to reach customers who shop, eat out, or look for a new home in their area is through the local news websites that have replaced papers — and EMNA has gathered a dozen of them with more than 400,000 monthly users (unique visitors) to allow one-stop shopping for area advertisers.
Meet engaged customers where they are — the people who are reading local online news and looking for goods and services in their area.
Drive customers directly to your site — Ads and property listing links go directly to your business’s home page (or whatever page you like).
Target people who are relocating within the area — The majority of house moves occur within the same town or region (see date from the National Association of Realtors,Move.org and Flatrate.com). This is why local news sites and EMNA are the perfect starting point for prospective home buyers.
Talk to your prospective customers directly — The EMNA website will feature blog posts with insights about local markets and trends as well as consumer advice.
New advertisers get 50% off for the first month for a limited time. That’s only $17.50 to get a link to your retail business site, or $225 for up to four real estate listings (and you can sub in new listings for properties that sell during the month). We can also tailor packages to your particular business needs. Our regular rates:
Retail businesses:
A linked listing (business name and short description) — $35 per month
A square display ad in the right sidebar (300x300px) — $300 a month
A vertical ad in the right sidebar (300x450px) — $400 a month
A banner/leaderboard ad at the top of the page (728x90px) — $550 per month
A paid blog post by you (we will work with you on tone and editing) that remains archived on the site that you can link to any time — $500
Real estate agents:
A one-month package includes your business’s display ad plus:
1-4 property listings: $450
5-9 property listings: $750
10-14 property listings: $900
Within your allotted month, you can withdraw listings of properties that get sold and substitute new ones, as long as you stay within your limit total (four, nine or 14 listings at one time).
